SAP CRM Service and Release Changes from 2007 to 7.0 in a Biotech Company

At the beginning of the project, the upgrade to SAP CRM 7.0 was performed. The focus was on the re-engineering of some functions to optimize the handling. In addition, a further increase in user acceptance by improving the usability has been achieved.

Next to the internal management of the CRM Web-UI, the SAP CRM Web-Channel was also migrated on the 7.0 release. Of great importance was the know-how transfer to employees of the client. With the aim, that they are able to perform future enhancements of the SAP CRM Web-Channel independently.

The following new features in CRM Marketing, CRM Sales and CRM services are implemented.
